About the course

Fluid Machinery teaches the detailed study of various Hydraulic Machines and their productive usage. The two most common Hydraulic Machines discussed are Turbines and Pumps. Different turbines such as Pelton, Francis and Kaplan have been studied in detail and how they differ from each other. Pumps like Centrifugal and Reciprocating Pumps have also been taught with full coverage. Towards the end, some of the other Hydraulic Machines are discussed like Hydraulic Accumulator, Fluid Coupling, Gear Pump, Hydraulic Lift etc.
