Well, the world’s first automobile was a petrol engine driven 3 wheeled vehicle invented by Karl Benz in 1885. From 1888 to 1893, around 25 such vehicles were sold.
Then in year 1894, Benz produced a vehicle Benz Velo, which was the first automobile to be mass produced.
